SmartenBoT and Smarten Enterprise Platform are made by Elegant MicroWeb, a software company founded in 2001. We started building BI & Reporting tools for mid-market companies that couldn’t afford — or justify — enterprise BI platforms. Over two decades, that grew into an augmented analytics platform used across banking, insurance, manufacturing, pharma, retail, and financial services, as well as by many ISV and System Integrator partners.

Our team is small on purpose. Founders are reachable. We answer our own emails. When you sign with us, you’re not entering a corporate handover process — you’re working with people who intend to be here for the long term and whose reputation depends on your success with the product.
